WILYABRUP SEA CLIFFS

33 Wilyabrup Rd. About 45mins from Busselton. Go down Caves Road and right on to Wilyabrup Rd. You don’t need a 4wd as the road is well maintained, yet probably take one if you can. The cliffs are about a km walk from the car park. Popular for abseiling and cliff climbing. Beautiful views. Staircase to the beach, composting toilet. NB these are about 40 metres high, The walk trail is relatively easy with a few hills and rocky outcrops.

Quinninup Cover

QUINNINUP FALLS

40mins from Busselton. From Caves Rd Turn turn down Moses Rock Road. At the T junction turn right onto the unsealed road. After a short drive you will reach a car park area. Find a walk trail (cape to cape walk trail) on the right (north end of the carpark). Follow the track along the cliff top, you should keep finding the cape to cape markers (every few hundred meters). The wooden bridge, marks about half way. When you go down the big sand dune you are almost there (the dune is quite the hike on the way back). Not far from the dune you will be able to see where Quinninup Brook meets the ocean. Once you have arrived at the brook walk upstream about 500m (away from the ocean) and you will find the falls. Listen for the roar:) Best time to go June/July after few wks of good rain. Just over 1hr return walk.
